Mr. Shilei, the executive manager of Nature Master Musical Fountain, is one of the pioneers in developing and manufacturing musical fountains in China. Several of his inventions have won the patent right. With his outstanding contribution to the musical fountain field in China, he was appointed the first vice director of the Water Feature and Fountain Association of China.
